Privacy Policy
Kiss my Plan doesn't want your data.
As less as possible.
Because data is for targeted ads.
And Kiss my Plan hates targeted ads.
We don't like the way it is done right now. We don't like companies tracking their users' habits, to get from them as much personal data as possible in order to deliver them targeted ads.
- Because we think getting and storing data from users all around the world can be dangerous. Who knows, this data could be at some point stolen by a bad person, working for bad purposes, bad companies or bad governments. Maybe not now, maybe in 20 years, it doesn't matter : once your data is on a server, it can stays for a looong long time.
- Because we don't like selling this data to other companies or governments under the table, like a lot fo. We don't like this kind of business. Really not.
- Because we think targeted ads are not a good practice of advertisement. Targeted ads make people have to think less and less about what people want or need. They give on a platter what they think you need, in regards of what you did before. It makes people lazier and lazier, which is wrong. It's wrong because what's difficult, challenging, but interesting, in our human life, is the burden of choices all life long. Choosing is hard, and it requires some practice. Targeted ads are completely against human development.
Kiss my Plan still needs some of your data

What is Kiss my Plan policy about data encryption
But data encryption is a political debate, and we at Kiss my Plan have a position on it that we want to share with you here.
Why would we choose not to use data encryption in our database ? So that the police could intercept the terrorists using our app more easily.
We decided in Kiss my Plan that we prefer to protect the user from any pirates. Therefore, when we'll be technically fit, we'll encrypt everything that can be encrypted.
We think that if a pirate wants to get the data from an end user, it's not Kiss my Plan to provide the data, but the end user directly. There are enough techniques to phish so that a pirate can get his way.
